Why this approach works
We are currently running a multi-year programme that brings artists into companies as full members of the workplace for a month at a time. Between 2026 and 2029, as part of Lublin European Capital of Culture 2029, firms of different sizes and working in very different sectors and verticals host our artists, to their mutual benefit.

When to begin
During a residency the artist is on site and at work: observing, getting inspired by talking with people across departments, and sharing what they are themselves working on. The outcome is not a decorative artwork, but a shift in how the organization thinks, talks and makes decisions together. Each residency ends with an internal sharing, a small public presentation and a concise book publication, documenting what was created.
