Led by theater director Paul Bargetto, this immersive experience introduces participants to Systemic Constellations, Viewpoints Training, and devised theater methodologies—tools that unlock creative expression, deepen storytelling, and connect personal narratives to a larger cultural context.
This workshop is designed for performers, directors, dramaturgs, writers, educators, and anyone interested in documentary theater and immersive storytelling. No prior experience is necessary—both beginners and experienced theater-makers are welcome!

Paul Bargetto is an internationally recognized theater director, dramaturg, and educator. As the Artistic Director of Fundacja Teatru Trans-Atlantyk in Warsaw, he specializes in documentary theater, immersive performance, and interdisciplinary storytelling. His work has been presented in Poland, France, Belgium, Germany, China, the UK, and the United States, and he has collaborated with leading cultural institutions including the Museum of Modern Art Warsaw, Komuna//Warszawa, the Malta Festival, and POLIN Museum.
